I am a people engineer and designer, focusing on Human Intelligence (HI) and talent related technologies and solutions. I specialize in the future of work and learning, as a consultant, a coach, and a professor. I collaborate with pioneering organizations and leaders so they can imagine new ways to attract, harness, and invest in human potential.
Originally from Biarritz in the Basque Country, I have worked, studied and traveled around the world to explore more facets of human nature. I now live in Paris with my husband and two children, Ulysse, and Nina. I enjoy running along the Seine pushing a stroller, discovering a new favorite restaurant, deep work in cafés, huge tables full of friends and laughter, and anything making analog life meaningful and beautiful.
